You're a woman in law.
You didn’t come this far to feel stretched this thin.
Every woman I've spoken with says some version of the same thing:
"I'm not my best at work. I'm definitely not my best at home. And I don't know how much longer I can keep this up."
Long hours. Constant responsiveness. Very high stakes. And underneath all of it — the mental load that never fully comes off.
You're carrying your caseload, your clients, your team, your kids' schedules, and the constant background hum of am I making the right long-term call? All at once.
The result isn't burnout, exactly. It's the feeling of being half-present everywhere and fully present nowhere.
Golden handcuffs. The fear that if you step back even slightly, you'll pay a real price for it by losing out on juicy projects or having someone snipe your work.
And the loneliness of not being able to say any of this out loud at work — because you've seen what happens when someone does.
A while back, I was at a brunch with a group of law moms. When they found out what I do, one of them looked at me and asked:
"Can you fix me?"
Then another said the same thing.
I told them what I'll tell you: You're not broken.
You're operating inside a system that demands constant responsiveness, long hours, and near-perfect performance — while also running a household, raising children, and trying to be present for the people you love.
That's not a personal failing. That's an impossible set of competing demands.
Private coaching creates a confidential space to put the performance down, think clearly, and figure out what actually needs to change.
I've helped women make small but seismic shifts. I've helped women blow it all up. Most land somewhere in between. We start with what's true for you.
If any of this sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
→ The mental load never fully comes off — even when you're technically "off"
→ You want meaningful, high-stakes work and to actually be present with your kids. You're not willing to give up either.
→ You're spending energy on imposter syndrome and self-doubt that you genuinely cannot afford to spare
→ Business development feels like a grind — and asking people to pick you never gets easier
→ You've thought about going in-house more than once, but you're not sure if you want out — or just want it to feel different
→ You're succeeding by every external measure and quietly wondering: is this it?
This isn't about doing less. It's about making sure what you're doing is actually working for you.
How this works
Because I know your time is the most precious thing you have — and that flexibility has to come from me, not you — this engagement is designed to be high-impact and low-friction.
This six-month private coaching engagement is designed to provide both structured support and real-time guidance.
Biweekly coaching sessions
Two 50-minute sessions per month (12 sessions total)
This biweekly cadence creates consistent space to step back, think clearly, make strategic decisions about your career and life, and practice prioritizing your own needs with the same consistency you show up for others.
Monthly flex call
Each month, you also have one 30-minute flex call for something time-sensitive — preparing for a difficult conversation, navigating a decision, or recalibrating when something unexpected arises. Pop this on the calendar as needed.
Direct Voxer coaching
Between sessions, you have direct access to me via Voxer, a voice memo app, for ongoing, real-time support.
Use Voxer to think out loud between sessions — sharing what's unfolding in real time, asking quick questions, processing a situation before it escalates, or flagging something for our next call so we can hit the ground running.
Confidentiality
All conversations — in sessions and on Voxer — are held in a strictly confidential coaching container.
I understand the particular stakes of confidentiality in your world. Nothing leaves this space.
Investment
$9,500 for the six-month engagement
A statement of work can be provided if your firm offers professional development reimbursement.
A small number of clients are accepted at a time to keep the work thoughtful and responsive.
Next step
You've spent years showing up for everyone else with that same rigor and commitment.
This is for you.
If this sounds like the right kind of support, apply for a private consultation — it takes five minutes, and I'll be in touch personally.
This brief application helps ensure the work is a strong fit before we schedule time to talk, because I know your time is precious.
