The dream that makes you want to throw up a little

What's the thing you want so badly it makes you want to throw up a little to say it out loud?

Hold onto it. We're going to use it.

Imposter syndrome came up with a friend last week, and while I have some beef with the concept, I also know a lot of people relate. So today I want to share a tool we talked through that I haven't written about here in a really long time: Be Do Have. It helped her, and it's helped me more than almost anything else on the subject.

Be Do Have is the necessary sequence for unlocking what you want, and most of us go about it in the exact opposite order, which makes things a whole lot harder.

The story so many of us carry is that first we have to have the thing or the experience, then we get to do what we want to do, and then we'll be the woman who has it all.

I'm going to challenge you to flip that on its head.

Start with the have: the dream you named at the top. A partner, a baby, a business, a book deal, an apartment in the Marais. Whatever it is for you. (Write back and tell me. I'll respond and tell you mine.)

Then ask what you'll be able to do once you have it, and get really clear on that.

Finally, who will you be once you can do that. How will you move through the day?

And then you start being her. Now.

Talk to yourself the way she would talk to herself. Make decisions the way she would make decisions. Care for yourself the way she would care for herself. Do the things she would do. Do that, and you'll have what you want.

That's the shortcut, and I promise you it works, because the having of the thing sometimes doesn't matter, and sometimes it changes. Being that woman is the key.

Maybe some things came up for you in that exercise. If you struggled to even name the dream, great. You're right where you need to be. I have a proven process for getting in touch with what it really is, the dream that electrifies the deepest kernel of yourself. I got you.

And if you named the dream and it seems so outrageous, so huge, so beyond the realm of possibility, congratulations. You are not messing around. You are here to play.

Either way, if you're ready to start collapsing timelines and being the woman who has it all (and I define "all" as everything that matters to you when you're in tune with your most divine self), let's talk. I'll share more about the Get More Everything™ framework and how I work, and you can tell me about your wild dreams, or your lack of them. Let's bring that vibrant reality closer.
