🎶 Isn’t she lovely 🎶

Last Saturday, it was our turn to host a recurring dinner party that we do with two other families. The kids run around, and the parents are all big time foodies with interesting perspectives on the world. I took the opportunity to finally try a ginger duck recipe I’d read about in July and couldn’t stop thinking about. (Reader: I nailed it. Though the rice was the real star.)

And because these were good friends, and because we were serving duck, the girls and I decided, this should be a Paris-themed dinner party, non?

I promptly bought a dozen berets, assembled a playlist, and practiced drawing little mustaches on the side of my index finger for silly photo ops.

Pardon the grainy photo. We thought it would be fun to pretend we were on a rollercoaster in our berets? Also, please note the fish print found its home!

All of which to say: I have no chill. None. When I get excited about something, you’re going to know, and I’m going to try to sweep you along with me.

And today, I am excited!

“Isn’t She Lovely” has been playing on repeat in my mind, because last night I flipped my revamped website to live.

Over the past 6 months, I’ve been sitting with the spirit of my business, asking what it wanted for this next chapter. And while business coaching is definitely in my zone of excellence, I realized my zone of genius is about supporting the whole woman.

Yes, I love helping you refine your business structure, but I also love helping you clear the way so you finally make headway on your script.

Or work up the nerve to book that trip to Iceland, even though your past three vacations got derailed.

Or get clear about how you want to spend your days now that you’ve dropped your youngest at college.

Cool, but how?

The Get More Everything™ Framework is what I've built from years of working with clients — refined, tested, and finally put into language that actually makes sense.

When I first started saying this phrase out loud, I remember thinking: Can I say that? Can I really say that? Can I stand behind that? The answer is absolutely — because I know you can have more of everything that actually matters to you, and I have a proven track record helping people get it.

Here's what I've seen: building the life you're meant for requires a mix of shadow work (sitting with the parts of yourself you might be afraid or ashamed of) and light work (owning your talents and letting them be visible). And a mix of excavation (going digging into your subconscious) and creation (doing the actual work to build the things). All of it held together by a sacred Core of mindfulness, nervous system work, and connection to Source.

s, patterns, meanings, and ways of being that no longer belong in the life you're creating.

Reclamation — Take back your desires, your intuition, your joy, your authority, your creativity.

Ignition — Make the decision. Ask for more. Start the thing. Have the conversation. Take the risk. Build what you actually want.

At the center: The Core — a practice that brings you back to yourself, and helps you discern which kind of work is being asked of you now.

There's no fixed sequence. Your journey through it is customized to you, your goals, and whatever your life actually calls for.

As part of this revamp, I’ve also changed my coaching package for the first time in almost three years. Now, each engagement starts at six months instead of three. This reflects the fact that clients almost unanimously re-enroll as soon as the initial three months ends, and it allows more space to really work through the Get More Everything™ Framework in a way that feels safe and productive. With this also comes a (very) slight investment increase.

To thank you for being along for the ride, I’m extending the legacy rate to this audience only for the next two weeks. If you book a fit call by Oct 2, you can lock in a full 6 months of coaching for less than a thousand dollars per month.
