This is your time
You’re here because a part of you is ready for more. I have a feeling your life is already pretty good – and we can catapult it to a whole new stratosphere filled with what you want most.
The trip to Sedona with your friends who are scattered across the country.
The garden with award-winning zinnias and zucchini.
The investment accounts that you manage with joy and confidence.
The delight in your today-body that has you checking yourself out in storefront windows.
The Saturday morning night cuddle piles with your kids.
This is your life. It's happening right now, and it can be richer than you ever imagined. You just have to give yourself permission to access it.
“Whatever you're meant to do, do it now. The conditions are always impossible.” – attributed to Doris Lessing, Nobel Prize-winning author
Is this you?
This is for women who...
✓ refuse martyrdom and burnout
✓ are ready to try something a little funky and unconventional
✓ want to look back at 90 and say, "I'm so glad I really went for it. What a ride."
This isn't for you if...
✗ you want a generic map to follow
✗ you don't want to do the deep work
✗ you're not ready to allow yourself to step into wild abundance
My proven method
I help brilliant women get more of everything they actually want.
The Get More Everything™ Framework is my proprietary approach, refined through years of work with more than a hundred clients.
What I’ve seen is that building the life you’re meant for requires a mix of shadow work (sitting with the parts of ourselves that we might be afraid or ashamed of) and light work (owning our talents and letting them be visible), and a mix of excavation (we go digging into your subconscious) and creation (we do the work to build the things). And all of this is held together by a sacred Core of mindfulness, nervous system work, and connection to Source.
Descent — Go beneath the obvious answer and see what's actually running the show. Meet what has been avoided, buried, inherited, or outgrown.
Alchemy — Change the beliefs, patterns, meanings, and ways of being that no longer belong in the life you're creating.
Reclamation — Take back your desires, your intuition, your joy, your authority, your creativity.
Ignition — Make the decision. Ask for more. Start the thing. Have the conversation. Take the risk. Build what you actually want.
At the center: The Core — a practice that brings you back to yourself, and helps you discern which kind of work is being asked of you now.
Your journey through the framework is customized to you, your goals, and whatever your life actually calls for.
Here's my promise: if you follow it, you'll connect with and uncover parts of yourself. It can be uncomfortable. It can be gnarly. But it's the most rewarding, richest experience — and it's the most effective path to everything you actually want.
What this looks like in practice
From burnt-out photographer to thriving business-owner
Meghan had been running her photography business for twelve years. She was good at it. She was also done with it — and terrified to admit that.
We got honest about what she actually wanted. She had a passion for sustainability, energy work, and helping people create spaces that felt good. We built her new business from the ground up: a home organizing service with a green twist — she comes in, clears the space (physically and energetically), and takes everything with her to upcycle or redistribute responsibly.
Meghan now runs a thriving business she’s proud of, that also affords her time to volunteer with her local community garden and be active with her kids.
From "is this even possible?" to a new career as a therapist
Y. was a full-time mom, held back for years by health challenges that made even thinking about the future feel impossible.
For months, she couldn’t even speak her dream out loud, because it felt too far-fetched.
She's now entering her second year of her masters program to become a therapist, has found real relief from many of her physical ailments, and recently got back from a dream trip to Iceland with her family.
From nap schedules to a firm built to change lives.
Alyssa dreamed of opening a boutique law firm with her husband — but couldn't see a way forward through the nap schedules, laundry, bills, and chronic back pain while raising three kids under three.
They're about to celebrate one year in business, and they've taken on cases that have the power to fundamentally improve the lives of their clients and the experience of immigrants in this country. She’s also unlocked a new level of confidence in her ability to figure out solutions to challenging problems and has deepened into a spiritual practice that feels nourishing.
The details
We meet three times per month for six months. Each session, held on Zoom, focuses on what you want to be different at the end of that hour. You’re in the driver’s seat, and I’m sitting right next to you to help you navigate.
The investment: $8,500.
Try the first month. If it's not working for you, I'll refund you in full. No hoops, no hard feelings.
Fair warning: almost everyone stays. I've never had a client walk away after the first month.
What happens after you say yes
First, let yourself say yes to a conversation to explore if this is right for you.
I only work with clients who are ready to commit to the work of transforming their lives, so there's no pressure or commitment from booking a conversation to see if we'll work together.
When you do say yes to coaching, I’ll send you everything you need to complete these three simple steps and get started:
Reserve your spot by submitting payment.
Schedule your first month of sessions — a set time every week, or floating based on your schedule. Your choice.
Complete the Coaching Agreement and Intake Questionnaire before our first session.

Frequently Asked Questions

Maybe. If you're not open to unconventional approaches, we're probably not the right fit — and that's okay! But if there's even a flicker of "maybe" in you, it's worth exploring. This works because it doesn't stop where logic does. Our brains are more powerful than we give them credit for, and when you plug into something bigger than yourself, you access things you can't just think your way into.

Here's what I've noticed, after years of these exact conversations: this hesitation almost never tracks with the bank account. I hear it just as often from women with millions in savings as women with very little cushion.
It tracks with belief — what you think you're capable of, what you think you deserve.
I've never had someone finish our work together and tell me they wish they'd waited longer. There's always relief instead.

Possibly, eventually? But the best writers still work with editors — not because they lack talent, but because they take the work seriously enough to sharpen it further. The best athletes still bring in a coach for the same reason.
Working with me means getting where you want to go, faster, with the expertise of someone who's done this scores of times helping you see what you can't see on your own.

We check in and decide what’s right for you.
Many of my clients are so excited by the progress they’ve made, they re-up for another six months to keep the support going. And many are so excited by the progress they’ve made that they’re ready to to walk forward on their own.

Coaching isn’t therapy, and some of my clients also have regular or periodic check-ins with a trusted therapist. Many of my clients also find that coaching is exactly the level of support they need. This is absolutely something we can dig into on a fit call so we can make sure you have all the care that’s right for you.
Are you in?
You know how this works. You know the investment. You know what happens if it's not right for you.
There's nothing left to figure out except one thing: Are you in?
