Hi, I’m Olivia.

In 2019, I thought I'd locked it all in: I'd earned the promotion I'd been working towards for years, welcomed my second daughter, and headed back from maternity leave to spearhead a project that would shape the employee experience of every single person at the $4Bn public health nonprofit where I worked.

Eighteen months later, I was battered by the pressure of helping lead my organization and my family through Covid-19. By December 2020, I was sobbing on the floor of my work-from-home basement office, exhausted from following and communicating the latest developments literally around the clock, while trying to keep my daughters nurtured and entertained.

That breakdown is what led me along a path of deep study and exploration that ultimately became the Get More Everything™ framework — the exact structure I used to radically change my life, and the one I have led scores of clients through since becoming a certified life coach.

Today, I live in the same house with the same incredible family, but everything else has changed. My work feels like fuel, not depletion. I've become a much more patient parent. My physical and mental health are stronger than ever (despite perimenopause!). I'm soaking up life, whether it's finally learning tennis, taking a few weeks' vacation each year, or mystery shopping ingredients at the farm stand with my kids (turns out the whole family loves kohlrabi — who knew?). Oh, and for the first time in my life, I consistently sleep through the night.

This is what's possible when you put the
Get More Everything™ framework to use:

The Hollywood actress and screenwriter who had a meeting with an important director scheduled, and was on the brink of tears from the pressure.
→ The next day, she walked into that meeting and knew she has what it takes to make her pitch and deliver this project.

The full-time mom who'd been thinking about getting her masters for years, but was too consumed with health challenges to see a path forward.
→ She's now starting her second year of grad school and has found tremendous relief from many of her physical ailments.

The woman who was so fed up with her corporate job she told her boss she was ready to hurl her laptop out the window; for years she'd been feeling pulled towards sacred work as a death doula, but the cost of the program, the work responsibilities, and the self-doubt that this could actually work kept her frozen.
→ She recently graduated from her training, launched her business, and is cultivating meaningful relationships within her community as she helps people navigate end-of-life.

There are so many more client success stories I could tell you, but the most important story is yours.

You're here because you're ready to move from "I could never do that" to "This is mine. I get to live this." — and those are the exact waters I help clients cross every day.

You could stay where you are, wondering What if? What if you…wrote the book. Went back to school. Closed your business. Made the hire. Moved abroad. Moved back to your hometown. Changed your health. Changed your marriage.

Or, 6 months from now, you could be deep in the work of making that dream your daily reality, already starting to feel the payoff.

It's time.

I work with a small number of 1x1 clients at a time. If no slots are currently available, you'll be invited to join the wait list to be the first to hear when there's an opening.
