Currently, I’m working on a program that’s the result of five years of working as a coach, seeing what works, listening to women, and reflecting on what’s made the difference in my own life.

Overflow
This program is built on my firm belief that the most selfless thing a woman can do is pour into her biggest dreams, cultivate her inner world, nurture her relationships, and make a boatload of money.
Why? Because when she does, that abundance spills into her family, friendships, community, and the world at large.
When we have more money, we give more generously.
When we are fully resourced, we have greater capacity to care for those around us.
When we are living our most vibrant lives, we radiate possibility for the next generation.
This is about getting deliberate about your legacy — in a way that feels absolutely delicious.
OverviewA yearlong group coaching program for unapologetically ambitious women who want more — more impact, more money, more presence, more life — and are done running on fumes to get it.
The destination: becoming the woman whose overflow rewrites the lives of everyone she touches.
Nuts & BoltsOverflow will run from January - December, 2027.
It is designed around small groups of up to 6 women. You’ll be with your group for the full year, cultivating trust and support organically over time.
There are two calls per month, and each month is organized around a different theme. Together, they create a full mosaic to bring your back into yourself and into the richest life imaginable.
I know what I’m talking about: my life right now surpasses my wildest dreams, and I’m taking you through the exact steps that got me here.
One of my favorite parts of the program? Five percent of all proceeds will be donated to a charity chosen by the collective. Because we’re living into overflow from the moment you say yes.
