Bright green cars, coming your way

When’s the last time you saw a bright green car?

I hadn’t seen one for years—until my coach told me to start looking. Why? It’s a great way to see our Reticular Activating System (RAS)—our brain’s “attention antenna”—at work.

Here’s what’s happening under the hood: the RAS sits at the base of your brainstem and acts as a filter between your conscious and subconscious mind. Every second, you’re bombarded with millions of pieces of sensory data—sounds, sights, textures, information—but your brain can only consciously process a handful. So the RAS decides what gets through.

And what’s its criteria? Whatever you tell it to look for.

That’s why some people can list every single thing that goes wrong in their day. Their RAS is tuned to problems, so problems show up everywhere. It’s partly circumstance—but largely focus.

The good news: you can train your RAS to tune into opportunity instead.

For me, green cars became a playful reminder of this truth. Now, I often spot four in a single half-hour drive. It feels like little winks from the universe—a private confirmation that my brain is on my side.

So let’s try it together: this week, keep an eye out for bright green cars. Notice how many appear when you’re actually looking for them.

And once you see the proof that this works, take it further. Start tuning your RAS toward things that move your business forward—like…

  • the perfect collaboration partner,

  • invitations to speak or teach,

  • podcast guest opportunities,

  • or the subtle clues your audience gives about what they truly need.

That last one? That’s the real magic. When you can hear what’s beneath the words—what your people are actually asking for—you gain a quiet superpower. You start designing offers that feel inevitable, communicating in ways that land with resonance and ease.

✨ This is exactly the kind of practice we dive into in my membership, The Chakra Path to Consistent Premium Clients. It’s where you learn to align your energy and strategy so you’re not chasing opportunities—they’re showing up for you, and your offers are received with an “oh my word, I need this” jolt.

Doors reopen soon. You can join the waitlist to get first dibs (and a special bonus) right here.

And in the meantime? Keep your eyes open. Bright green cars are already on their way.
